万凯迪,能源与环境政策研究中心成员。1993年9月出生,江苏徐州人,现为北京航空航天大学经济管理学院博士研究生,2019年6月毕业于中国矿业大学经济管理学院,获得管理学硕士学位,20156月毕业于苏州大学社会学院,获得管理学学士学位。
