肖伯文
肖伯文，能源与环境政策研究中心成员，1991年12月出生，陕西西安人，现为北京航空航天大学经管学院博士研究生，2014年6月毕业于华北电力大学经济与管理学院，获管理学学士学位，2017年4月毕业于华北电力大学经济与管理学院，获得管理学硕士学位。
