肖伯文

   肖伯文,能源与环境政策研究中心成员,199112月出生,陕西西安人,现为北京航空航天大学经管学院博士研究生,20146月毕业于华北电力大学经济与管理学院,获管理学学士学位,20174月毕业于华北电力大学经济与管理学院,获得管理学硕士学位。
