莫建雷，中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院副研究员，管理学博士。德国弗朗霍夫系统创新研究所（Fraunhofer ISI）博士联合培养（2012-2013），英国伦敦政治经济学院（LSE）访问学者（2016-2017年）。主要研究领域为经济-能源-环境系统风险管理，涉及能源经济系统低碳转型风险、能源投融资风险以及技术经济安全风险等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目专题及子课题（3项）、国家应对气候变化专项研究项目子课题、交通部交通运输战略规划政策项目课题等，参与国家高端智库项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、重大国际合作项目、应急项目等20余项课题。在《经济研究》，Cell子刊（iScience），Nature 子刊（Nature Communications），Energy Economics等国内外重要期刊发表学术论文30余篇，在科学出版社出版（或参与出版）专著3部，译著1部。作为主要完成人向中央和地方政府部门提交多份政策咨询报告，并多次得到中央领导及省部级领导批示。入选中国科学院青年创新人才支持计划（青年创新促进会会员），获得省部级优秀成果一等奖（2项）、《世界经济年鉴》全球经济治理学最佳论文TOP10、中国科学院院长奖等荣誉奖励。受邀担任Nature Energy (Nature子刊)，Joule（Cell子刊），iScience (Cell子刊)，Energy Economics, Ecological Economics等国内外三十余份重要期刊审稿人以及Springer出版社书籍出版提案评审人。
